The Annual Parish Meeting of Iron Acton Parish Council usually takes place at the end of April or the beginning of May each year.  All members of the parish are invited to attend this meeting.  The Parish Council also invite representatives from both the parish primary schools, the Parish Hall, our Beat Officer and any other organisation that has been involved in the parish.

This meeting is held in order for Parish Councillors to inform Parishioners of activities and events from the previous year.  Also, the Annual Accounts are presented for the approval of the parish.
